This Privacy Policy explains how Forge United collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use WorkWins. WorkWins is designed as a private place to capture accomplishments, evidence, metrics, and notes. Your employer cannot access your account unless you choose to share content yourself.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to create your account, operate the app, maintain subscriptions, provide support, and keep WorkWins secure.
- Account information, including your Supabase user ID, Apple sign-in details provided to us, email address, and name if Apple shares it.
- Profile setup information, including full name, role title, optional company name, tracking focus, timezone, and reminder preferences.
- Content you save, including wins, descriptions, private notes, impact tags, metrics, people involved, and evidence files you upload.
- Evidence metadata, including file name, file type, file size, storage path, related win, and upload time.
- Subscription records, including product ID, transaction identifiers, entitlement status, renewal or expiration date, and transaction verification results.
- Support messages you send us, including the email address and details you choose to include.
- Technical and security information that our service providers may process, such as request timestamps, IP address, device or app diagnostics, and authentication logs.
How we use information
We use your information to provide WorkWins and to keep the service private, reliable, and supportable.
- Authenticate your account and keep you signed in.
- Store, display, organize, and sync the wins and evidence you create.
- Verify and restore subscription access.
- Send local reminder notifications when you enable reminders.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot app issues.
- Protect against abuse, unauthorized access, fraud, and technical failures.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and App Store obligations.
No sale and no ads
We do not sell your personal data. WorkWins does not use third-party advertising networks, and we do not share your wins or evidence for targeted advertising.
- Your employer cannot access your account data through WorkWins.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed to operate WorkWins, comply with law, process subscriptions, or respond to your requests.
- Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, and backend infrastructure.
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple and in-app purchase processing.
- Email and support tools may process messages you send to support@forgeunited.com.
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, security, or service integrity.
Storage and security
WorkWins stores account records, app data, and private evidence files with cloud service providers. Evidence files are stored in private storage scoped to your account. We use authentication, row-level access controls, private storage policies, and transport encryption to protect account data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so avoid uploading information you are not comfortable storing in a cloud service.
Notifications
If you enable reminders, WorkWins schedules local notifications on your device to remind you to log wins. You can manage notification permissions in iOS Settings.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account is active or as needed to operate WorkWins. You can delete your account from the app or follow the instructions on the delete-account page. Account deletion removes your profile, wins, evidence metadata, private storage files, authentication account, and any other app records linked to your account.
Some information may remain for a limited time in operational backups, logs, transaction records, or records we are legally required to maintain. Deleting your WorkWins account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information. You can use the app to view and manage much of your content, delete individual records, or delete your account. To make a privacy request, email support@forgeunited.com from the email associated with your account.
Children
WorkWins is not intended for children under 13. Do not use WorkWins if you are under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as WorkWins changes or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page.
