These Terms of Service govern your use of WorkWins, a private work win tracker from Forge United. By creating an account or using WorkWins, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of WorkWins
WorkWins helps you organize accomplishments, attach evidence, and keep a private record of the work you want to remember.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of anything you enter, upload, or share.
- You must be allowed to use any workplace information, screenshots, emails, metrics, or other evidence you save in the app.
- You may not use WorkWins to violate another person's privacy, disclose confidential information without permission, or break workplace, contractual, or legal obligations.
Accounts and security
WorkWins uses Sign in with Apple for account creation and authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account, device, and any credentials used with the app. Contact support promptly if you believe your WorkWins account has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You own the wins, notes, and evidence files you create in WorkWins. You give Forge United a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and support the service.
- WorkWins is not connected to your employer and does not share your content with your employer.
Career outcomes
WorkWins provides organization and storage for your work record. It does not guarantee raises, promotions, interviews, job offers, compensation changes, performance ratings, or any other employment outcome. WorkWins is not legal, financial, tax, or employment advice.
Subscriptions
WorkWins Pro subscriptions are sold through Apple in-app purchase on iOS. Pricing is displayed in the app by StoreKit before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled through your Apple account settings. Deleting your WorkWins account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse WorkWins or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account, data, files, or subscription status.
- Do not probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls for the service.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes your profile, wins, evidence metadata, private storage files, authentication account, and any other app records linked to your account, subject to operational backups, security records, transaction records, and legal obligations we may be required to keep.
Service changes and availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of WorkWins over time. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Forge United will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, employment outcomes, or loss of data arising from your use of WorkWins.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app or legal requirements change. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. The latest version will be posted on this page.
